Celiac Sprue Association of Greater Chicago 7th Annual Walk

Last year we were able to give $9000 in donations:
$8000 for Celiac Research
$1000 donated to the University of Chicago's Care Package Program for newly diagnosed celiacs
raffle , goody bag, tee shirt, and gluten-free food
Stop by the Whole Foods Market tent for
refreshments
Registration fee:
$20/person, $50/family
Fee after May 9th
: $25/person, $55/family
Pledge money and waivers are due on the day of the walk
Please complete a separate waiver for each participant.
