The Celiac Sprue Association of Greater Chicago, hereafter referred to as CSAGC, is the

local chapter #19 of the National Celiac Sprue Association, hereafter referred to as CSA.

CELIACS HELPING CELIACS

We are a nonprofit all volunteer organization of celiacs, their familys, and their friends sharing and helping to make the adjustment to gluten free living physically, socially, and psychologically easier.

The objectives of the Association shall be:

• To provide caring assistance to those adjusting to Celiac Disease and its gluten free diet prescription.
• To gather helpful information and disseminate it through knowledgeable members, the web site and bimonthly newsletter.
• To provide social and educational events for celiacs of all ages as volunteer help allows.
• To promote and support the purposes of the Celiac Sprue Association/United States of America, Inc
