We are a 501(c) (3) non-profit support organization.
In 2007 we raised $9000 for research and education. We disbursed the money as follows:

  • $5000 for research at Columbia University on the impact celiac disease on heart health
  • $3000 to the University of Chicago for a mouse model of celiac disease
  • $1000 the Care Package Program at the University of Chicago for newly diagnosed celiac patients
